Camps, Clinics and Training

When the club season is over that doesn't mean there isn't volleyball to be played! There are numerous opportunities to play year-round.

Summer Camps
  1. North Country Region (NCR) maintains a huge list of camps and clinics in the upper midwest.
  2. Centennial Community Services Cougar Camp (grades 4-9) will take place in late June (24-27) at the Centennial High School white building gym. Look for more information the summer community services bulletin.

Sand/Beach Volleyball
  1. CVC Coach Lisa Dickman is again running a summer sand volleyball conditioning and play program.
  2. CVC Coach Mike Alexander is running sand volleyball skill sessions at Bebops in Blaine.
  3. Minnesota Volleyball Headquarters runs a summer beach volleyball club at several locations around the Twin Cities including the northern suburbs.
General Training
  1. Cougar Speed Program at Acceleration North in Arden Hills.
